I bought a Straight Talk SIM in July 2016 - used it for a few weeks and then wanted to activate it again (Feb 2017) on the website.
While activating I entered my SIM card number and got the error "Our records show that the SIM card number entered no longer can be used"
Can someone help me figure out why this is happening and how to fix it?
