I am having the same problem I used a card to buy my service card. And I still have yet to have my 10gb of high speed data could i get some help please?

I also have terribly slow data after refilling last night. Have been happy with ST services so far but I use data for my work and I won't be able to continue this service if I'm not able to receive the services I am paying for. Hoping for easy solution.

So everyone who has this problem is taken offline so we are still left asking why we auto refill and speeds are still slow? My auto refill was two days ago and my phone is still on "snail "mode. Aggravating to say the least.
