Slow data speed after refill

No we CANNOT take his offline because every time you give me a link to a live chat that I CANNOT access because my data is so slow. I WANT MY CURRENT SERVICE PLAN CANCELLED and my new service plan to take over so my data speeds up. Alita was helping me but now for some reason I CANNOT even send private messages because they get stuck in my OUTBOX for hours and never send. FIX THIS
