I too am having the same problem I added more data to my hotspot now it’s giving me red bars and won’t connect anything

I am having an issue with my zte z291dl device. It says I am connected but I cannot access the internet. It was working for a couple hours after I purchased data, but now it doesn't work.

My zte z291dl stopped working after I added data. I reset it and it says it's working, but all my devices say there's no internet. If I can't get this fixed I'm switching to a different internet service.

I am habits this exact issue!! Has any gotten a fix besides sending it back to ST And waiting for another to come in the mail. This is not the first time. I think im on my 3rd ZTE Z291DL. Help
