Hotspot ZTE Z291DL stopped working

My ZTE Z291DL has stopped working. I have done the reset and still wont connect on either of my devices although it says I'm connected and the device says I have full signal strength

I am also having an issue with my hotspot connection. It used to work great. The whole reason I bought an unlocked phone, so that I could use my tablet for business, now it connects but no internet connection? Whats up Straight Talk?
