Hi, Swaffler. My name is Straight Talk Yvonne. A PUK or 'Personal Unlocking Key' is a security feature on most mobile devices that protects your SIM card data. A PUK code is required when a SIM Card PIN code has been entered incorrectly. You can get or reset the PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code of your phone through us. I will contact you directly with a private message. Please check your Forum inbox for a message. Thanks.

Every time I try to reactivate my phone I haven't used in awhile I keep getting this message " Our records show that the SIM card number entered no longer can be used." Can someone please help, do I have to get a new sim card why won't this one work if its been used before??
