I just purchased minutes for my phone. The minutes didn’t even add to my phone even though I added it to the phone number. When I try to activate this SIM card it says it can no longer be used and I don’t know why because I used the exact same SIM card a month ago for my old iPhone and the phone I have it in now is an iPhone

Hello, I am also having the same problem. And I want to turn back to straight talk as well. Any help would be appreciated

My phone broke, had to take it to get repaired, bought a different phone to use until I got mine back. Now that I have mine back, it says it can no longer be used. Very frustrating.

I'm trying to activate an old phone but when I try and activate it says Our records show that the SIM card number entered no longer can be used.
