Can someone help me? I was double charged and could really use some help handling this situation.

I was double billed thorough Auto Refill and called customer service. Customer Service keep hanging up on me and all I want is a refund for the double charge. I’ve been losing hope on Straight Talk and it’s unfair if I’ve been charged twice for one service. Help!
