Hello, I just got double charged. I called the customer service but it took much time and didn't work. Can you guys help me?

I was double billed yesterday after adding airtime, and upon calling straighttalk, they said my money would be refunded w/in 24 hours, and yet nothing has happened so far; it's been 24 hours. I am basically a poor college student, and I have no idea what to do, because straighttalk overdrew from my bank.

I am not a huge fan of straighttalk right now, this is really awful.

I was double billed on 6/23/14 for 49.47. I don't know who to call, but the Contact Us page in the Support category is in Spanish... Please help!

I also have been double billed as well. Paid with my debit card and git charged twice. Need it fixed and one charge refunded immediately

I refilled my service yesterday and straight talk double charged my bank account. My bank informed me that if the company is legitimate, they would reverse the charges immediately. It has not hard posted to my account yet. And I informed straight talk yesterday that they double charged me and they still have not removed the second charge. So if any legitimate company would have already had the extra charge dropped, then I guess this just proves that Straight talk is not a legitimate company. I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!! I can NOT afford this! If you don't return my money, I won't be able to buy my mother's birthday gift, nor mothers day for my mom or elderly grandmother! I am NOT happy! I am switching to Verizon! They don't steal from their customers!
