Invalid Serial Number

Invalid Serial Number

Bought A Phone at Walmart Today and tried to activate it tonight. I can't get past the first step because it says invalid serial number.

I have seen similar complaints with people telling them that it wasnt scanned at walmart properly... beside being scanned was something else suppose to happen at checkout? I see it charged on the receipt so not sure what else it needs.

I just received my phone today, tried to activate it however my serial number is said to be invalid. Talked to a phone operator, she gave me a 305 number that nobody answers, please help.
