I am having the same problem. I just refilled my service but my data has not restarted. Whats the problem? I need this fixed asap.

Same freaking thing for me. Using speed test app from ookla. Yea, download speed of 0.37Mbps doesn't seem like 4g Lte speed to me. Getting sick of this crap. Same crap, same bad customer service each time.

Similar problem, my data slowed toward the end of my last cycle, and remained that way even after I refilled. Customer service useless, frustrating situation.

I've had slow data since August of this year after refilling 3 times since then it hasn't improved at all. It's still slow like it's throttling. I'm not sure what to do. I've done everything short of resetting my phone.
