I have the same problem I bought a iPhone 6 last month and activated it I checked my speed a lot and it was usually 50 megs anyway my service had ran out for 2 days before I could get a card again and after I got it back up and running my lte speed was 0.05 megs if I turn off lte it goes to 3 megs but I talked on live chat twice and they checked my account and said everything was fine and they was sorry I had a problem however you pay two hundred for a phone a hundred ten for service after one month of owning it and you can't even load google or offer any explanation to what happened just get a sorry is a bad business model I can understand not giving a replacement but at the very least tell me whether or not a new SIM card might help

I'm having the same issue with my service. I refilled on Saturday and have been calling since then because my data is slow. CSR is offering zero solution. Just restart your phone. I need a refund or a new phone.

Im having the same problem. Called customer support many times, tried live support here online, and still no solution. The most they did for me on live chat was put a ticket on my account which has done nothing. My speeds on my hotspot are slower than what 3g is, and I have 2 bars of LTE according to the hotspot. Speeds top out at 10kb/s when they are usually atleast 70kb/s, someone please help. Used this hotspot for many years with no issue at all with my speeds until now.
