I'm having the same problem. Despite refilling my airtime earlier this evening and having my data usage reset, I'm still at 2G speeds. As of now I've used under 100 MBs of my allotted data

I am also having this issue. Ive gone through Tech Support 3 times//Ive changed my APN settings, I've turned off roaming and turned on LTE//They said it could be a problem with my iPhone but i bought the phone through Straight Talk?? Ive been a customer for 4 years and this is the first time ive had an issue!
