Slow data speed after refill

Me and my fiancé both refilled this morning with the $55/12gb. Our data speeds never got faster. Our counters both reset but it won't load 9 times out of 10. Both phones are galaxy s5. Also, our data keeps getting throttled back early every month. We have had to contact straight talk every reload this year starting to get old really quick. Please somebody help.

I'm having this same problem. I refilled yesterday, so far I've used less than 2 GB but it takes a few minutes for web pages to load completely, I can't watch videos on any apps, images sent to me on social media take over a minute to load, etc. If someone could help here that'd be great. Calling customer service is usually confusing and doesn't help.

I am also having this problem. I refilled on the 4th, and had high speed data until about noon on the 5th, then 2G speeds.

I am having this problem as well. I refilled four days ago and still slow as snails called customer service and told me turn it off and back on would fix it. Of course I didn't
