Slow data speed after refill

I refilled my plan yesterday online using my debit card all was fine. But now my data is still slow and unusable. I need help!

Im having the same issue its very frustrating....refilled my service last night and i aint even been able to do anything with my internet cause its as slow as cold honey...this crap keeps up im switching services

I just refilled my phone and it's still running slow amass won't load

I'm having the same problem and after 3 weeks they sent me a new SIM card stating that was the issue and we'll I got a new SIM card and still staggering speeds this issue needs to be resolved immediately or I too will be a gone customer of 5 plus years.
