Can't add phone to my online account

Im also having problems adding my phone to my account i used both my sim and my serial number

I'm having the same problem, trying to add my husband's phone to my account and it's saying "The Serial Number entered is not associated with this account. Please try again." And when I try the SIM it says "The information you entered belongs to a device that is currently associated with another account. Please remove the device from it's current account before adding it to this account." Please help, this is ridiculous.
