I'm getting the same error when trying to activate my wife's new phone. It's the same exact phone I activated online a few months ago, no idea why it won't work. I tried calling in, finally got someone to support me but they were breathing so hard into the phone I couldn't understand them. Then they put me on hold for 15 minutes only to hang up on me. I just want to be able to activate this online. Thank you
