You may request for the Call Detail Records if that would help you. Please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-430-2355 from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM EST, Monday to Sunday for the information needed to process your request.

It can only be viewed from the phone's call log or call history. On the other hand, we do not provide a copy of the Call Detail Records/Call History in a regular basis. However, we can fulfill customer's request under special circumstances. Please contact one of our customer care representatives at 1-877-430-2355. Our customer service representatives are available from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 11:45 EST. Thanks

Unused Cards
