WOW 15 PAGES OF HELP ITS BROKEN AND A STRAIGHT TALK REP OFFERING PRIVATE HELP BUT NARY A FIX IN SIGHT.

Heres 1 fix. On your device call straight talk 1877-430-2355. Choose 1 (english) then 5 (tech support) then say "yes" (correct number) then say data for the problem. The automated system will say it found a problem and tell you to reboot. Your high speed data will be back for maybe a gig or 2. Call and do it again. It will work once more. Now you come to this board all angry and deal with their privatye shit.

Could you please stop throttling my account. I switched from SPRINT now THAT is a company that knows how to do data. Thousands of GB a month for $35 (promo offer but still). So really. For $60 we shouldnt have to deal with this bullshit!

At least I know that I am not the only one. When I was on the $45 plan, my internet worked well. I have had the $55 plan for 2 months, and my internet connection has been crappy. It takes forever just for my google to load since I have been on the unlimited plan. I don't want to continue paying for this service if I can't use my internet like I was supposed to. My plan renewed on like the 8th or 9th of this month and I still don't have fast internet. I am annoyed. :x
