Hello. I got a phone card about 4 days ago. Have been on straight talk for about a year and have loved it haven’t had any problems until now. My data says either 1x or 3g every since my new card. Won’t send some messages when I have internet. Have tried multiple methods. Need help!!

I purchased a refill card and added my airtime. I usually get the $45 card but this time I got the unlimited $55 card and my data is extremely slow! Help!
