My data and internet are super slow all the time. Never had this problem until I selected auto refill.

My internet has been slow after Thanksgiving. It is so slow it takes a minute or two to load a web page. Last time this happened was when I barely got the phone. I actually kept losing service out of nowhere even though I barely purchased a months worth of service. I would appreciate an answer to this problem as I don’t wish to continue service with this network if my internet keeps acting this way.

Mine and my husband's data speed since reaturning to straight talk again in November we had been with you up until the beginning of September when we tried another carrier which was absolutely horrible. When we returned using the same phones just different numbers it was as if we were using 2g it takes forever to load emails facebook youtube or a search engine I need to be able to use apps i have for my childrens school that keep me up to date and their homework and cannot anymore. We have tried you so called "technical support" and spent over an hour going through the same processes with multiple representatives to no avail. And when my battery was almost drained from all the restarting i was done. My husband also went through this and we are very unhappy and are ready to go through verizon itself because of the frustration. We never had these bad of issues until now. Please help fix this because we used to love how easy it was to pay and use straight talk plus pretty good phones at affordable prices and the plans are great I just dont know how much longer we can deal with the bad data speeds.

Same issue here takes forever to load i tried to download an app out of curiousity and it took 45 min to download thats like 2g download time

My wife and I are both having the slow data issue. Mine has went from very consistent to extremely inconsistent. I live in a larger city (plenty of towers and support). I have an LG G4 Verizon with a Straight Talk (Tracfone) 4GLTE sim on the $55 plan. We have been on the plan (including Auto-refill) for years now. I have brought many family members and friends to Straight Talk because the cell service (not customer service) has always been the same as Verizon except for less costs. I have done SpeedTest standing next to my brother on his Verizon phone on a Verizon plan and they were very close in times past. Unfortunately, that has changed alot recently.

My data can be 25 mpbs at home and then less than 1 mbps when driving around town. I feel like my "Verizon" towers Straight Talk promised has now turned into Sprint. This issue mainly started in the past couple weeks. I'm not a heavy user so what gives? Why pay for 10+ GBs of 4GLTE data when i'm getting less than 1mbps out around town (AND it's NOT a bad area because my service bars are full and the 4GLTE is lit up on my phone AND the coverage map for my phone, according to your website, is completely covered for the High Speed data...

I have loved the service and i have been loyal, but i'm already looking at going back to one of the big boys unless this is some kind of blip that can easily be fixed.
