I am having the same problem, I can't use high speed data and I haven't even used all of my 8GB. It's just throttling my data.

Straight talk,
I have the same issue. I refilled my service this morning with a start date of tomorrow. Once I refilled, my wireless service dropped to .02 mb/s. I called the straight talk customer service and he said that I hit my data limit for my old plan. I asked him if he could move the start date of the plan I just purchased to today and he said he would. I would just need to restart my phone and it'd be back up to speed. This was 45 minutes and 3 restarts ago.
