Slow data speed after refill

Felice, you asked for my straight talk phone number however there is no reply button in my private message and when I try to compose a new message it says that I am a newly registered member and I am not authorized to send messages yet. Due to the place I'm currently at I'm not allowed to make phone calls. Please tell me there is another way to help me right now. Can I post my email on here and then just have you email me? 1: I cannot call your customer service number because I'm at a place where calls are not allowed (confidential)
2: I cannot start a live chat because straight talk slowed my speed down to 2G and it will not load AND I do not have access to a computer
3. I cannot private message you any information because I'm newly registered and i am not authorized to send messages.

So usually I just refill with a 45 dollar card but since they throttled my internet connection I decided to refill with the 55 dollar card but my internet is still throttled!! I can't do anything. Cant listen to music. Cant check my email or facebook cause it takes too long! Im wondering if the extra 10 dollars was even worth it!!??

So I've revieved instruction to start a live chat...I would love to but I don't have the internet speed required to do so. My internet has never been so painstakingly slow. I am very tempted to just go see what AT&T has as a solution to my problem. I need my high speed data I paid for. I paid for it then I should have had it applied then why wait for my service end date when I paid for it then. Obviously I need it if I'm paying for new service plus upgrading to the more expensive card! This really sucks!!
