Can I have my call and text log sent to my email for April and May 2017? I'm talking about an itemized list of incoming and outgoing times and dates for both calls and texts and I certainly don't want to wait for one in the mail. I need one for both my line and my husband's line.

I contacted you guys at the appropriate department and I was transferred to a recording advising the information that I needed to submit to straight talk to get the records. The recording didn't advise how many months straight talk could provide. It just stated that text message and voice mail information is not available but call records are. It didn't give me an option to talk with a representative in that department and the person I spoke with in customer service didn't know the information. Can you please advise me how many days or months straight talk is able to provide for call records if requested by subpoena?
