Hotspot ZTE Z291DL stopped working

Also having this issue. My z291dl stopped working. I can connect to it via WiFi but it will not connect to the straight talk network. I have plenty of air time on my account. Can someone PLEASE either help or send me what solution was offered to them so I can get my hotspot working again?

Having the exact same problem. I cannot connect to the internet with my z291dl hotspot. Worked fine for a few months then added a data plan and it just won't work. Anybody get a solution to this?

My Z291DL hotspot has stopped working as well. I purchased it a few months ago, and it's worked fine. I got a new data plan about a week ago and now it won't connect to the internet. Tried a bunch of stuff that straight talk told me to do but I still cannot get it to work. Any help in resolving this would be appreciated.

I have a mobile hotspot from straight talk that I just purchased with the 4G plan and it worked fine on day 1 but now it says I’m connected but have no internet access? I’ve had it for 3 days
