I am having a similar issue. I can't add my # to my account. I can't add funds to it. CS has been useless. They claim they can't find me as a customer.

So I am on ST network, with an ST SIM card but straight refuses to acknowledge me as a customer. Anyone know at least a way to port my number away from this mess?
