Bluetooth is off. Mute is off. When I call someone, I hear nothing. If someone calls me, and I answer, they hear nothing. All other services seem to work. Phone volume is all the way up & works for everything else. I have a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim, & service is good until 8/3.

my mother is having this same issue accept she can heart the person on the other end but they cannot hear her, she has made sure the phone is not muted and also has made sure she has service, same as the person who posted this..

Can you tell me what they did to fix the problem you had?

I can hear the oerson in the other line perfectly but they can't hear me.. I took the battery out and returned it, but nothing changed.. Help me
