I would love some feedback anybody may have regarding my problem described below.
I have an iPhone 4 running a Straight Talk SIM card. For my first 2 months of service, I purchased the $45 unlimited plan online.
For my 3rd month, I decided I was using under 1,000 minutes and 1,00 texts per month, so I decided to pick up a $30 card from Walmart. I scratched off the Service pin and attempted to use the card to refill my account. At this point, I learned that the $30 plans are not supported on iPhones.
I have called Straight Talk's customer service line 3 times. Each time, I have been told to return the card to Walmart since it is unused.
I have re-visited Walmart 2 times. They refuse to return the card since the service PIN has been scratched off.
It seems that 1 of 2 resolutions would be possible:
1. Extend my current unlimited plan for $30 worth of service days.
2. Next time I am ready to pay the regular $45, subtract $30 so I only owe $15.
Has anybody else ever experienced something similar? What can I do?
