I've been a Straight talk customer for almost 2 years, and have had a problem making calls the last couple of days. I get an automated voice claiming "there is not enough money in your account to make this call". I am on auto refill, and the payment was made to ST. I have tried checking my account balance at the ST site, but it results in an error and can't give me the info. I've also tried calling customer service, but because of the heavy accent, I cannot understand the technician even after 3 tries. I've been very happy with ST and would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
