info from red activation card

I bought a straight sim for BYOP to switch from AT&T I have an at&t phone as well . iIjust dont have the red card to activate my phone and i need the serial number so i can get started .Can anyone give me that info . I can't go futher until i have those numbers. thanks so much.

Hi tlynn_1. My name is StraightTalk Elle. You can find the serial number or IMEI/MEID on the phone's Prepaid Menu. You can also check for the information at the back of the phone under the battery. Hope this helps. Let me know. Thanks.

it said on the straighttalksim.com site to use the serial numer that comes on the red activation card because the system will not accept our serial numbers from our phone, im brining my at&t phone over to straighttalk. i have already got the sim but no red card came with the sim. can you help

thanks so much ,glad you all are here to help. so that is all i have to do ,when it ask for my serial number just replace it with the last 15 digits of the sim card right? and that is all it is .thanks again.

I am getting the following message when attempting to activate an AT&T compatible BYOD sim. Using the last 15 of the sim as the serial number:

We are sorry, the Serial Number you entered is associated with another account or is already active. Please try again with a different serial number or log into "My Account."

Any assistance would be much appreciated.....
