Mine was charged 4 times just yesterday. I bought time for my phone & it went through correctly. But, I tried purchasing time which included a free phone, for my son. Every time I submitted my payment info, I received the notice that the site was working correctly at the time and to try back later. Well, I did, 3 more times. On the 4th attempt, the transaction went through. For some odd reason, I called my CC & found out that $48.83 had been charged 4 times. I called CS, forgot to get the Reps name, but anyway, she acted like it wasn't her problem. And told me to call my financial institution to verify the fact. When I told her that I'd already done that, she said I needed to call *the same number I had called*. When I told her that was the number I called to speak to her, she said ok. Is there anything else I can help you with today? I' m like... What?? So, what gives?? I sent an e-mail, but it says it'll be 48-72 hours before anyone will contact me. I need that $146.49 like yesterday! Not in a week from now. I'm disabled and only get one check a month... A little concern for me would've been nice. But, I'm hurtin' financially now. What else do I need to do??
