Hi Davidfpk. My name is Straight Talk Mark. We're sorry for the trouble this has caused you. We will be happy to help you with your issue. For you to change your password, please go to Profile> Edit Account Settings and enter all the information (email address, new and current password). Once done, kindly click Submit. If you have other questions or concerns, please let us know. You can also use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611. Thanks.
