However, we can only provide those call records for the last 90 days. For more information on how to get a copy of your Call Detail Records, please call our Customer Care Hotline at 1-877-430-2355. For your convenience, our representatives are available Monday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM EST. You may also text the key word CDR to 611611. Thank you.
