Shipping Time

I ordered a new Straight Talk Samsung Galaxy s9 phone and a week later, a pink vertical line appeared on the screen. I never dropped it or cracked it. I sent the phone back to Straight Talk via Fedex last Thursday. They received it. Now it is Wednesday and I've gone almost a week without a phone. When can I expect to get my new replacement phone to be shipped and delivered?
