Lte voice and data

I have an iPhone 6 that was originally on Verizon. I have been on straight talk for 5 years. When I try to enable LTE voice and data It fails and says to contact straight talk. I called and was told to contact Apple. I was told by Apple that the problem is with the carrier. I had no problem enabling lte data only. Any help would be appreciated.
