I purchased a service plan but I scratched some of the numbers off of the card. Is there anyway to still use the plan I just bought?

I have scratched off my service pin and now I can’t refill my data for next month I need help

i had the same issue and still have my reciept from 1-2-2020. tried customer service via phone and there was a definitely a language barrier. plz credit me for what i bought! my service ends tonight!
