How do I get a copy of my phone call details for the months of October, November and December?

However, we can fulfill customers' request under special circumstances. For more information on how to get a copy of your Call Detail Records, please contact our Customer Care hotline at 1-877-430-2355. Our customer service representatives are available Monday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM EST. You can also text the word CDR to 611611. Thanks.
