I'm trying to activate a new phone with an existing phone number on the website. I cannot get past the "Add A Service Plan" stage because the refill card I just purchased says The Service PIN you provided is not a Straight Talk PIN. Please enter a Straight Talk PIN.

This is most definitely a straight talk pin....What is going on!
