Prepaid Card: Missing 3 of the 15 digits

Postby simian » Fri Nov 08, 2019 9:26 am

Purchased prepaid card and I'm missing 3 of the 15 digits when I scratched off. The stuff is like glue.
I can provide 12 out of the 15 digits. Can someone help me?
