I have the same problem using T-Mobile, my MMS just quit. I called support and over the course of six hours over two days support said my SIM card was defective and then they said they would send me a new SIM. After days of waiting no SIM card showed up and I called support with my case number and I was told that didn't have any more SIM cards that they could send me. However, they said they could sell me a new SIM - this is consistent with their terrible customer support.

I ordered a new T-Mobile SIM card and we shall see if it helps.
