Shipping Instructions / Signature

I am having the same issue as the few other posters. I work during the day and didn't realize the delivery requires on site signature. Is there any way to have item picked up at a fedex location and provide signature there? or can I leave the signature on the door or something... There should be some option to help those who are at work during the day. I even called fedex and told them I can provide a signature at a pickup location and driver's license has the address on it. They told me StraightTalk has to change delivery options. Please help.
