Delivery Signature Change-Help!

How do I get someone to help me online to change how I receive a package? A signature is required for my phone delivery, but nobody will be home since we work and FedEx said someone at Straight Talk has to call them and tell them they can leave it at a FedEx location for me to pick it up or leave it at my house without getting a direct signature. I have held on the line to get someone on the phone from ST to resolve this, but I am at work and can not hold for 40+ minutes again while I'm here. My package is set for another attempt at delivery today, so I need this resolved. Please help!
