End of service text alerts

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to get text (or email) alerts warning of end of service? I used to get alerts several days in advance but they inexplicably stopped. I contacted ST via chat and was told they would be re-established but they were not. Anyone know a solution?
