When I attempt to check usage using 611-611, I receive a "service not allowed" reply.
Contacted a ST customer service rep around 10:45 this morning. He stated that he put in a request to restore my data. Asked me to give the system at least 2 hours to complete this process.
It has now been over six hours since our conversation and I'm still getting the "service not allowed" reply.
Assistance fixing this issue would be appreciated.
