Zaki U: I would like to inform you that the support for Carrier related phone models is not available with Samsung as the service and support for those models is provided by the Carrier. The support for Carriers like Tracfone, StraightTalk and Net10 is provided by the concerned Carrier and Samsung support do not have the information to trouble shoot the issue. In this regard, I recommend you to contact the concerned Carrier support to get the exact information and trouble shooting to isoalte the issue. I will be more than happy to provide the contact details for you.
steve: I have contacted them several times and they state that its the manufacturer that provides updates not them.
