recover deleted Voicemail

Spent about an hour on the phone with Straight Talk support in the Philippines tonight and received little to no help. I think they may have reset my voicemail which is not what was asked for. Not sure who or how it happened but some very important voicemails i had saved were deleted. I have a cheap flip phone that is not capable of storing them locally so i am sure they where all on Straight Talk servers. I was told by help desk they do not store deleted voicemail but commonsense tells me they are not really deleted. Anyone know how i can get the messages back short of a subpoena. I am willing to get the court ordered subpoena but that takes time. Voicemails are very important.

Stacy, I need your help with same issue. I was robbed by a man yesterday who left me a voicemail, which I had deleted by the time he showed up at my house to "look at jewelry" I had on Craigslist. I am in need of assistance as well. I did not delete my messages and in fact, even saved the ones that were marked for deletion, yet they were gone. I have a ticket in to be contacted but I was told by the online chat person that they cannot restore voicemail messages, only reset the pin. It is not what I asked them to do, nor am I asking them to access my voice messages, just to restore them, especially since I did not mark them as deleted. If I go in daily and save the messages, why were they deleted?
