I purchased a New ZTE Majesty Pro Plus Z899VL from Walmart today (11/07/2017) and while adjusting various settings, it popped up and said sim card locked, enter PUK code now. I have 8 attempts remaining to try to unlock before permanent damage occurs. Can you help me?

PS. I have already called 877-430-CELL (2355) and all they did was give me the run around then hang up on me and refused to answer my call after they hung up.
