I have the same problem with my caller ID being some woman's name that I don't know. I've had my phone number for for more than a year and I can't get this issue corrected. Why not? You have submitted forms to Verizon to have the name removed and defaulted to wireless caller and that was 3 months ago. I am highly upset as when I call my grandmother back in Virginia she sees this weird ladies name popping up and doesn't want to answer the phone, what are you willing to do?

Hi larry... I posted on your form sometime ago that I still had a caller ID issue. My number has someone else's name attached to it and this is been going on for over a year now. I just got off the phone with the manager and she is saying that she has the contact Verizon while I'm on the phone to fix this issue. I have been through this before and I'm trying to get this name detached from my number. My number is 808-375-7907 and it is saying rosabella beas on the caller ID of any landline that I call. I am upset because this is a business line and I have been phone screened by customers not knowing who rosabella is. I'm tired of explaining to them that I'm having cell phone provider problems. How can you help?

Same problem...didn't even know until I was testing the telephone line at work and it came back with a guy named Nick on the caller ID and my name is not Nick. I would like to know how to solve this problem anyone want to help?

I need the Caller ID name that is displayed changed. I do not even know the person that is displayed, so my family and coworkers haven't any clue as to who it is.
