I just started with straight talk yesterday and I'm a little disappointed because I can't hear the other person on the phone line nor can they hear me

Help!! All of a sudden when I call anyone or they call me they cannot hear me. Tried everything !! Everything else works but that one thing. Totally frustrated!!

Im having the same issue. Just all of a sudden cant hear or talk to anyone on the other line. Really fucking pissed i had to register just to get this stupid glitch fixed. Whats the point of a forum if every issue is discussed offline??

Did anyone get this resolved? I am having the exact same issue. I can call and receive calls but cannot hear them and they cannot hear me. Plz help!!!! I called customer service and they said its the phone but its definitely not the phone.
