I also need assistance in recovering deleted
vm. I did not delete them. They all disappeared
At same time. I called for assistance & was told
I could not get them back. I had vm's from
family members who are now deceased.

yesterday, something happened to my phone. my account automatically renewed as usual. but then friends told me when they called they got a busy signal. then when i tried to call i had to set up my account all over again as if i was a new customer. additionally i first got a canned message asking me if i was older than 65 there were some benefits available, just go through the prompts. plus, i lost all my saved messages which is very upsetting. i would like to get them back if that is possible
and now, when i get messages i get a recording that tells me what phone number has called, when, date and how long the message is.
it comes before i can listen to every new message
I DO NOT WANT THIS MESSAGE AND WANT THAT FEATURE TURNED OFF, is this possible?
DOES THIS MESSAGE TAKE OFF FROM MY MINUTES?

Hi, my voicemails recently were deleted due to a glitch in service. My phone kept showing as “de-activated” and would randomly “re-activate.” This resulted in my voicemail being disabled and all messages being deleted as well. I did not deactivate my phone nor did I delete the voicemails. In fact, when I was made aware that my voicemail wasn’t able to take messages and I enabled my voicemail my previous recorded greeting was still there. I am in desperate need of help in retrieving my messages. I have called and chatted customer service with no help and promise of speaking with a supervisor but never was given the opportunity to do so. Please help - as my most important messages were from my dad who passed away on Sunday and I need them back.
